We look forward to reviewing your submission. If you're considering submitting your child or yourself for professional representation with
Zuri Agency, here's what you need to know before hitting "send".
πΈ Photos First β Keep it Real and Natural
Zuri asks for 3β4 recent photosβ these donβt need to be professionally taken. In fact, they prefer simple, natural snapshots. Think clear, honest images that show the model just as they are on a regular day.
π Location & Time Commitment
This part is important:
Zuri is only accepting submissions from models who live within a 2-hour drive of either Los Angeles, New York City, or Miami, and who are able to commit to being available 2β3 times a week in one of those markets.
Between auditions, callbacks, fittings, and bookings, things can move fast β so flexibility and local availability are key.
π What It's Really Like Behind the Scenes
Before submitting, they strongly recommend reading:
10 Things To Know About Raising A Child Actorβ from The Huffington Post
Itβs an honest, behind-the-scenes look at what this industry can demand β not just from your child, but from you as a parent too. It covers everything from time commitment to emotional readiness, and it's a helpful reality check to make sure this path is the right fit for your family.
π¬ A Quick Word of Encouragement
If your child loves being in front of the camera, has a naturally expressive personality, and you're ready to support them through the highs and lows of this journey β then this could be a great opportunity.
Good luck β and have fun with the process! The agency will follow up with you if we are interested in moving forward.
Thank you!
